Use only this Teacher App. Install it on your phone (⋯ → 📲 Install), log in with your 4-digit PIN (stays logged in for 12 hours), then tap [한 → English] at the bottom-left of any screen once — your device remembers it.
Example: after class → open the app → you are already logged in → type one line.
Write what you observed in the lesson, one line per student. Search the student by name, type one sentence, and keep the visibility at "Teachers only (internal)". Korean staff and the director polish anything that goes to parents.
Example: “Read aloud to the end without stopping — first time this month.” / “Avoids speaking when unsure; answered only after I modeled the sentence.”
Pick the student, choose a category, write one line. Categories: Student record · Concern · Question · Request to the academy. Student records and concerns are added to the student's GrowthLog automatically; questions and requests go to the director's inbox.
Example: [Concern] “Seems tired on Mondays; attention drops after 20 min.”
One fact and, if possible, one number. Describe what happened rather than labels about the child. English is fine — the weekly GrowthPlan AI reads English notes too. Use the 🎤 voice-typing key on your phone keyboard; it takes about 10 seconds.
Example: ✗ “He is lazy.” → ✓ “Skipped 2 of 5 IXL tasks; finished after I sat next to him.”
